I have been a professional coach for more than 25 years, helping individuals, leaders, business owners, and sales professionals improve performance, gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and achieve meaningful, measurable results. Most recently, I served as a Performance Coach with Keller Williams Realty, helping real estate professionals increase production and achieve their personal and professional goals.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica in 2015, which significantly deepened my coaching by expanding my understanding of human behavior, mindset, self-awareness, motivation, and the internal barriers that can limit performance. This perspective allows me to address not only business strategy and accountability, but also the beliefs, thought patterns, and personal dynamics that influence decision-making and long-term success. I have further expanded my expertise through advanced training and certifications in International Coaching Federation (ICF) methodologies, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Intelligence, and High Trust Sales & Marketing.

Currently, as the owner of Blessons Business Strategy, I work with business owners to increase revenue and profitability, strengthen systems and processes, and make better strategic decisions.
